Front Office Agent Clubmobil - m/f - permanent - full-time
You will work closely with the Clubmobil team.
Main tasks
- Personal reception and advice for members and customers
- Management of the vehicle fleet and rental of Clubmobil vehicles
- Reservation of cars abroad
- Monitoring of rental contracts and small invoices
- Processing of claims
- Advice and information on alternative drives
- Information and explanations on how the vehicles work

Required profile
- 13ème technique, CATP or equivalent
- Proven experience in reception and administrative management, a background in accounting or invoicing is an asset
- Languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, English. Any additional language is an asset
- Proficiency in IT tools
- Strong sense of service and customer relations
- Discretion, diligence, flexibility, team spirit
- Willingness to work Mon-Fri (7am/7pm) Sat (9am/1pm)
