An employee for the Assistance Centre - m/f - CDI - full-time

After an onboarding period and training on our tools, your main mission will be to support our members and customers on a daily basis:

• As ACL’s primary ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting members/customers by greeting them on the phone, identifying their problem and offering them the best solution to restore their mobility or resolve their issue.
• You will support members/customers, guide them in gathering relevant information, diagnose the nature of the breakdown remotely as far as possible, and offer them the most appropriate solution for repair, towing, or even providing a means of transport to maintain their mobility.
• Working with the team, you will provide mobility solutions in the field of assistance, ranging from breakdown/towing to repatriation or medical assistance and technical assistance.

Beyond your education (Baccalaureate/technical training/DAP) and number of years of experience, it is your personality that will catch our attention.

• You are independent, proactive and enjoy working in a team
• You are a good listener
• You are open-minded and have excellent interpersonal skills
• You keep a cool head when things get a little hectic
• You are proficient in IT tools and have geographical knowledge
• You have very good communication skills in French, German, Luxembourgish and English
• Experience in call centres, tourism or the automotive industry is a plus!
