- Create your BESTCHARGE account and activate a customer contract by registering your credit card as a payment method
- Fill out the form on the partner website (have your ACL membership number ready)
- You will receive an email confirming your request (check your spam folder and/or contact us if you have not received a confirmation email)
- The BESTCHARGE team will activate your price advantage within the next 48 working hours
- You will be notified by email as soon as your discount has been activated

Is the discount valid throughout Europe?
The ACL discount is valid within the BESTCHARGE network in Luxembourg. However, your card/app gives you access to over 900,000 charging stations throughout Europe (excluding the special ACL discount).
How can I find out if a charging station is eligible for the ACL discount?
Check the official list of eligible stations.
Only BESTCHARGE charging stations in Luxembourg are eligible for the ACL discount. BESTCHARGE partner charging stations are excluded from the preferential rate.
Is the network fast?
Yes. BESTCHARGE operates the leading ultra-fast charging network in Luxembourg.
How much are the tariffs and fees?
The app is free. There are no hidden costs and no monthly subscription fees. The tariffs per kWh are displayed transparently in the app and when charging.
What can you do with the mobile app?
Track your consumption, manage your payments and find charging stations directly from your smartphone.
Can I use my card/app on other networks?
Yes, European access allows you to top up on many partner networks. Please note: the ACL discount does not apply outside BESTCHARGE terminals in Luxembourg.
It is best to purchase a BESTCHARGE card at petrol stations to use other networks.
